Originally the garage door held up great to our two busy little boys - however this past year it has seen some better days (maybe because those little bodies bumping into it are bigger now . . .)
The door before
I had originally gone with a deep brown red and had a weathered wood look to it (it did look better in person) - however the weathered wood finish made touch-ups difficult
The door now
I went gloss black
This door now matches the front door on our house (even though you cannot see one door from the other - just makes the house look consistent I think) now I just need to paint the garden door as that door is on the same side of the house as this door & still the old red brown color - maybe when the sun comes out and these rain clouds float away
