Front Porch....

Snapped this photo yesterday while I sat outside in the "heat wave"

it is hot outside and I luv it!

The new doors are in

(the sunlight that falls into our entrance now is beautiful)

The new exterior lantern lights are up

(they are huge and they light up the yard in a really good way)

Baskets of flowers left over from the wedding we held in our Pole Barn Chapel

over the weekend are bringing more of a

Spring feel than a fall feel to me right now

Don't get me wrong I do "like" Fall

but...

I am a summer girl bestest... and I know all to well what happens after Fall

truthfully I have thought about Christmas this week and that I probably
should start planning some details already

but....

it is hot outside!!!

so I will spend my energy on enjoying that for right now
