this is the scene....
I am working quietly at my desk while the little man plays across from me on his computer game...
a - "mom uhh (sounds like mama - and i love it so i do not correct him) this game isn't working"
me - "well maybe if you had a smoochie roonie from your mama it would work!!"
and the chase begins
a - "AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH... NO mom your twisting my arm!"
me -"then stop wiggling and let me smooch yah & it will be over"
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ... chubby check smooch... 'a' quickly looks over at his computer screen with big eyes of hope...
a - "mom uhh still isn't working ?? "
for a brief moment i truly wonder if he actually thought a kiss on the check from his mama would fix the computer... some days i wish i had that power... and some days i actually do!
