I am pretty sure this one has not been thought of before
Remember the stray cat that turned up on our deck weeks ago, well "morty" as it has been named, is still here.
Yesterday he showed up with sap all over him and it was driving him nuts, he could not lick or chew it off and you could see him twitching - it was rather hilarious.
I was also not keen on having sap all over my new deck cushions
Enter the peanut butter
I have actaully used peanut butter before to remove sticky residue from many an item, and it has actaully gotten me outa many a jam
so why wouldn't it work on morty ??
I grabbed a spoonful of peanut butter and tried to hit all the sap locations - a moving target made it rather difficult - but very entertaining
I figured he would lick it off and take the sap with - and get his protein intake for the day
Hopefully he doesn't have an animal-philactic attack
And I am happy to report - it actually worked
