The morning was filled with the usual Sunday morning routine, then followed with mama burger's, onion rings (shared), and rootbeer (shared) in the frosty cold glass at the dubbles you... then onto the bike trails for a 14km bike ride - not the usual 30km but hey it is just the start of the season and i could barely keep up to the little guys. The bike ride consisted of the usual stop for ice cream, then over to sbucks for coffee, then back to where we parked the truck, only this time we stopped at canadian tire to the lure of BBQ smell!! there is always a BBQ going on for some sort of sport or charitable organization on the weekends. The boys had Hotdogs (i passed on everything - i was still getting over the ice cream)and they had drinks too... hmmmm wonder what the mountain dew boy ordered ??

then of course it was the last day of happy hour at sbucks for 1/2 price frappuccinos so we had to stop for one (okay four!!) of those on our way out of the city... mmmmmm...
we ended up having to take a big truck out... hmmm perhaps a grande caramel frappuccino and a grande green tea frappuccino are not the best for little boys bodies in a 6x8 area and "now remember to sit still and don't spill!" well the energy got going and then came this quickly afterwards!!
I know... bad parenting... but this certainly doesn't happen everyday!
So I figure with all the junk we ate and drank today the 14km bike ride was a definite wash... oh well there is always next time!
