Back Entrance Progress Part 2

Last night I spent two hours cutting in with the new color "raindance" by benjamin.moore's classic collection - can you say hand cramp

You will notice the color looks very different then the swatch I posted on monday
(not sure why it looked so grey on the website)

But as you can see it is more a grey-green robins egg blue (thats a color right)

It sure is easier to paint with no baseboards on, but since that is not an option, cutting in around two doors, a closet, a window, the ceiling and the baseboards is rather time consuming

But totally worth it in the end as later today I will be able to make quick work of rolling

Funny story
monday we went to pick up the freezer as they said they have them in stock. so the weather was sunny, not to windy and no rain. So we arrived at the store and purchased the freezer to which he then said sorry they are at our other warehouse. oh okay i thought we can drive on over and get it. To which he said no they are in stock in our other warehouse 700kms away.....
(I may or maynot have given him "the look")

ummm call me crazy but I would not consider that "in-stock" then.

So I guess we will be picking the freezer up this weekend (and of course it is supposed to rain - shesh)

this also means the cabinets will not be built this weekend as we wanted to make sure the freezer was in and we knew exactly what we were dealing with before the cabinets were built around it.

ho hum - the project gets stretched for another week

But I am pretty confident I will find something else I can do in the meantime

Like the staircase moldings perhaps ??

Happy Thursday to you all
