The tradition of making chocolates for Christmas
continued again this year (year #4)
It was so much fun...
Caramel, Truffle, Mint, Coconut, Peanut Butter, Coffee, Raspberry, and Pretzel Bark
mmmmmmmmm...
The kids played while us "mum aka mommy aka mama's" visited and made chocolates
Sidenote:
It was cute to hear how each child called their mum-uh something different
Are you a mom, mommy, mama, or a mum ?
(my youngest calls me mum-uhhh , it sort of sounds like he always has a question)
When I was young one of my friends called her mom "Irene"
My kids can't say my "real" name without laughing...maybe it's a boy thing
Anyway...
So the chocolates are made and now I can focus
on the rest of my Christmas baking list
Skor Bark, Eatmore Bars, Candy Cane Ice Cream Blizzard,
Gingerbread Cookies and Cream Cookies
I have decided this year not to go overboard
and will just make a few of our favorites
And as for the tree - It is still not up yet
but this evening feels like it might be the right time

What kind of containers/cups do you use to categorize your chocolates? Love that idea!
...like the cups with the green lids?
The cups I used with the green lids are actaully "Freezer Jars" made by BerNARdin, and they twist lock... I am really liking them and would certainly recommend them. (Freezer & Dishwasher safe, and they stack)BPA Free
