Happenings....

How is your week going?

I have had a very productive week.  I saw the closing off of a couple client projects - juggling 17 projects at a time is my usual... not my fav however... I feel spinny - perhaps you have noticed those weeks where my blogging seems "a little out there and goes no where"... ummm yeah sorry to much going on in the "creative" brain

I had a chance to get a lot of painting done this week... cause my mom came and cleaned my bathrooms, kitchen and all my floors...
she did what??... I know...
she has always been an amazing example of a servant heart... anyone who cleans another persons bathroom is a very special person

So while my mom cleaned - I painted - And it was so relaxing

Do you ever feel like you just need your mom?

The "Orange Room" is nearing completion...I did get the little man's duvet cover sewn this week

I came across this brand new retro queen flat sheet, and the little guy was a huge fan of the print (I have to say that kinda surprised me a little - his fussiness extends past veggies)

It goes perfect with his orange walls - a bonus

(I found my camera - turns out it doesn't take any better pictures than my phone does).

In my office I have narrowed down the color choice for my office walls - can you guess which color I am going with?
I will give you a hint - it is blue'ish

I had almost forgotten about this little adventure we had this past summer when we came across this old machine just off the waters edge at one of the lakes we visited - the boys were very intrigued with it.  There was moss growing all over it as it was so rusty - clearly this had been there for sometime
