
i know your probably thinking i am referring to the eating within 100k challenge that many people have subscribed to... but i am actually thinking about a different challenge.
i have challenged myself to walk an 'additional' 100K before November 1st.
('additional' a.k.a. not the regular walk around the house kinda stuff)
when i started my business almost five years ago (wow has it been that long already) i was well lets say a few bags of potato's less in the weight department (if you visualize a 10lb bag of potatoes on your back and i have three of those - that is a scary visual - no wonder i hurt all the time).
sitting is just not kind to a person's figure and since i cannot move while working i need to make time for it before this stays forever... cause really i do like you mr. potato it is nothing personal on your vegetableness but you've just gotta go.
so my goal is to get out and move and work those muscles so that when i am sitting at my desk all day those muscles are still doing something for me, cause seriously if you didn't already know 'fat is kinda lazy' and it does nothing for yah. like for example just the other day i sat down with the boys to watch 'rango' (what a crazy movie - boys did not catch all the adult humor thankfully - but very entertaining), i sat there eating an entire bag of chips (and sadly it was not a mini bag), mmmmmm, and those cray lazy fat cells did nothing to burn it off, they just sat there soaking it all in like big old mooches.
well moochers be gone
