It was wonderful!!
We started with breakfast (big enough to also be lunch)
A date first for us... Thee La'Laundromat
(it sounds fancier when you add La')
oh it was glamorous...
ok not really
we had a pile of shop coveralls to wash & when we got
to the laundromat everyone was washing coveralls
I guess it was coverall washing day
or maybe they were all on a date too!
(one time... we centered a whole date around mowing an outdoor rink
in summer for a youth event.... we look for every opportunity... including hauling water)
So while the coveralls washed & dried we sauntered through the grocery store and then Tim's
making silly comments about why there were so many people out shopping
"doesn't anyone work anymore??"
